Owl Photographers....Athena and her two owlets now sit in top of oak tree near staff parking lot. They have been there all week since they fledged. Owlets have started flying lessons. BTW....Today is my 80th birthday

Yesterday morning both owlets had not yet fledged and were still in the nest. They are a little over 7-weeks old. The youngest is on the left side in this image. I’ll check on them again this morning.

Yesterday both owlets were still in the nest. Athena was babysitting from a nearby tree. The oldest was standing on edge thinking about fledging. There is about 4-days difference in their ages.
